Python Developer - Internship Program (Graduate Students OR Currently Pursuing)

Charlotte NC Onsite role

12+ month contract with high potential for extension and can convert to permanent.

Available to work hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with gas turbine design engineers to facilitate daily design work
• Interact with Whole Engine Modeling engineers to familiarize with the various existing Python scripts for creation of engine cycle definition.
• Clean up/harmonize the existing scripts and re write, if necessary, in a more structured way
• Create a manual or step by step instructions on the finalized script for creation of engine cycle definition.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in an engineering field from an accredited College or University. Graduate students are highly desirable.
Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in Python programming.
Available to work hours/week.


The start date for this Internship role is for Spring/Summer 2024.
