    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Own the day-to-day management of organic social across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
    • Create, own, and implement a social content calendar aligned with the brand marketing strategy, built 3 months in advance and approved by the brand team
    • Ensure the social calendar aligns with the product drop calendar and any secondary product pushes in partnership with demand planning
    • Stay up to date on emerging content trends, formats, and audios, and translate them into on-brand executions
    • Edit and create short-form content with quick turnaround times
    • Capture and create "shop in store" content at top retail partner locations
    • Execute "surprise and delight" gifting moments in public spaces, capturing authentic, real-life product reactions on camera (e.g., Washington Square Park)
    • Actively engage with the community through comments, likes, shares, and outreach to non-followers to grow following
    • Plan and oversee social media giveaways in partnership with other brands
    • Manage organic seeding outreach to influencers and athletes
    • Oversee and support the TikTok Affiliate Program
    • Publish a minimum of 3 posts per week on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
    • Monitor social trends and develop UGC briefs for creators and partners
    • Ensure all new product launches and drops are supported across all social channels with cohesive messaging and timely execution
    • Analyze performance and confirm the brand's growth across active audience cohorts, recommending new growth audiences or shifts in engaged audiences as needed
    • Share organic social insights cross-functionally with the Paid Ads team to inform creative strategy, audience targeting, and performance optimization

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in CapCut or similar short-form video editing tools
    • Strong iPhone content capture skills (shooting, framing, lighting, on-the-go editing)
    • Experience working in Canva and Figma
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
    • Experience collaborating with influencers, creators, and athletes
    • Comfortable being on camera, representing the brand in social content and public-facing moments
    • Confident communicator with strong instincts for engaging real people in real-world settings
    • Full-time hybrid role — must be willing to commute or travel to the office in Purchase, New York, and to on-location shoots.
    • Salary: $75,000 per year.
