We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, crafting exceptional drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable visit, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
Engage with guests warmly, taking orders with enthusiasm and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service regulations.
Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
Collaborate with team members across food service and catering events to deliver seamless guest experiences at banquets or private functions.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing coffee or tea if applicable; experience with brewing is a plus.
