    Job Title: Experienced House Cleaner - Foundational Team Member & Future Team Leader

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking our first house cleaner, a critical role that will help shape the future of our company. This individual will be instrumental in defining our service quality and operational practices. The ideal candidate will bring proven cleaning experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. This role offers a clear path to promotion, leading to a Team Leader position overseeing future hires.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform detailed cleaning tasks effectively across various home environments, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of ceiling vents, restrooms, and kitchen areas.

    Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.

    Safeguard equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies.

    Handle customer complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.

    Manage supply levels and reorder as necessary.

    Strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper with references.

    Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of performance.

    Customer-oriented and friendly.

    Prioritization and time management skills.

    Willingness to take feedback and adapt to improve service quality.

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; a work vehicle will be provided.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

    Benefits:
