    Are you someone with a creative mind and a passion for turning ideas into eye-catching visuals? Wholesome Goods is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing Team, and report to the Brand Strategy Manager, supporting our digital media needs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your artistry will significantly impact our brand's success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design visually engaging static and animated image ads: Work with the Brand Strategy Manager to concept, design, and edit captivating ad creative pieces that speak to our target audience across various platforms.
    • Become a brand expert: Immerse yourself in our brand guidelines and identity, ensuring all designs stay on-brand and consistent.
    • Embrace the dynamic landscape: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and competitor activity, incorporating new insights into your designs.
    • Assist with content needs for organic social: Work with the Brand Strategy Manager to concept, design, and edit scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, Stories, and Feed posts for online community engagement
    • Collaborate and communicate: Participate in brainstorming sessions and socials and collaborate with the Marketing team and other cross-functional departments to contribute innovative design ideas, ultimately enhancing our brands' visual presence.
    • Be open to feedback: We foster a collaborative environment where constructive criticism is encouraged to help you continuously grow and improve.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
    • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (a plus)
    • 1-2 years of design experience: Preferably at an agency or in-house for a brand. Showcase your skills with a portfolio of personal and/or professional work.
    • You MUST love social media: Instagram and TikTok are scrolled through daily in your personal routine. You follow your favorite brands and probably a few meme pages too — inspiration never escapes you.
    • Collaboration and communication: Communicate clearly and work effectively with diverse teams.
    • Attention to detail: Consistently demonstrate a high level of precision and accuracy in all design work. Organization comes naturally to you.
    • Learning agility: Always ready to learn new tools, adapt to changes, and embrace feedback. You're intuitively a problem-solver and keen to find creative solutions when you encounter a roadblock.
    • Positive attitude: Bring a can-do spirit to every project.

    Bonus Points if you:
