As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), TCCH stands tall in the community, boasting six clinical sites strategically positioned to provide comprehensive primary care services to the underserved populations of Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and the neighboring cities. Serving as the trusted medical home for our patients, TCCH offers a wide range of services - from dental care, optometry, and pharmacy needs to behavioral health and endocrinology. Our spectrum of services is continually expanding as our community grows. Our excellent care extends beyond the walls of our clinics, seamlessly connecting patients to vital social services like WIC and Maternal Support Services. And for those facing logistical barriers, we go the extra mile, ensuring access to prescribed medication by delivering directly to their doorstep. OPPORTUNITY

TCCH is growing and actively recruiting Dental Hygienist to join our Care Team within the Pasco Behavioral Health and Dental Care site. We are seeking passionate, driven providers who align with our values of Quality, Respect, and Service, and are eager to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of our patients through delivery of exceptional care.

FUNCTIONS

Perform duties within scope of practice as delegated by a dentist
Maintain accurate documentation
Comply with clinic policies and procedures
Participate in dental and general staff meetings
Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment
Work on a team toward surpassing departmental goals and objectives across multiple departments and facilities

SCHEDULE / LOCATION

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Pasco WIC, Behavioral Health, and Dental Care site – 715 W Court St, Pasco, WA 99301

WAGE / STATUS

$ $47.10/hour; up to $54.10/hour
This is a Union / Bargaining Unit position, non-exempt
$10,000.00 Hiring Bonus (Based on FTE 1.0)
At Hire: $3,000.00
At 180 days (6 months): $4,000.00
At 12 months: $3,000.00
Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE) (Prorated repayment if separated within 24 months)

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
One year of clinical experience preferred
Current WA state Registered Dental Hygiene license
Have or obtain CPR certification within 3 months of hire
Proficient in English and another language (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, or other) preferred
