Property Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage our retail properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the properties are well-maintained, financially viable, and meet the needs of tenants while maximizing the return on investment for property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of retail properties
- Develop and implement property management strategies
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Prepare and manage property budgets
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance
- Negotiate and renew leases with tenants
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for property performance
- Oversee vendor management and service contracts
- Stay updated on market trends and property regulations
Qualifications
- Property management certificate
- Valid NVRE (National Vendor Registration Exemption) certification
- Proven experience in property management, particularly in retail settings
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and tenant relations
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of facilities management and vendor coordination
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and market analysis preferred
