    Position Status:
    Full-time; Non-Exempt

    Salary Range:
    $14 - $16 per hour


    Position Summary:


    The Facility Services Associate is responsible for assisting with day-to-day care and cleaning, maintaining neatness and safety, and setting up events and facility rentals for all VMHC campuses.


    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Cleans facility restrooms, kitchens, tables, windows, doors, handrails, elevators, stairwells, gallery areas and general office spaces
    Sweeps and removes debris at all entrances
    Dusts, vacuums, sweeps and mops throughout the facilities
    Removes trash throughout the facilities and grounds
    Maintains a clean workspace and storage areas
    Assists with security, maintenance and grounds projects when needed
    Sets up chairs and tables for VMHC events and facility rentals
    Performs additional duties as assigned


    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Necessary:
    Ability to prioritize work tasks and follow workplace safety processes, protocols and policies
    Self-motivated and able to work independently
    Ability to complete strenuous work tasks for extended periods of time to include climbing, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling
    Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs


    Education & Experience Requirements:
    High school education
    Commercial setting cleaning experience preferred


    Note & Special Requirements:
    Requires early morning, evening and weekend hours
