Join the team behind CHI, BioSilk, and some of the most recognized names in professional haircare. As a Senior iOS Mobile Developer, you'll lead the development of mobile applications that power professional salons and reach beauty enthusiasts worldwide-building features from concept to App Store and shaping the mobile experience for our global user base. We're a small, collaborative team where your work has real impact. You'll have the autonomy to make architectural decisions, the support to grow technically, and the satisfaction of seeing your apps in the hands of thousands of professionals and consumers across the industry. Our mobile stack is built on Swift and modern iOS frameworks, but we hire for strong fundamentals and curiosity over checkbox experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and build high-quality iOS applications with clean, scalable architecture
- Own features end-to-end-from technical design through App Store release
- Write testable, maintainable Swift code and champion mobile engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and business teams to deliver polished user experiences
- Shape technical direction through architectural decisions and evolving standards
- Optimize app performance, reliability, and user experience across devices
- Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions
- Mentor teammates and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 5+ years of professional iOS development experience
- Deep proficiency in Swift and UIKit; SwiftUI experience a plus
- Strong understanding of iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Coordinator, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and asynchronous programming
- Familiarity with Core Data, Combine, or other persistence and reactive frameworks
- Track record of shipping apps to the App Store
- Understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and accessibility standards
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 5+ years of professional iOS development experience
