Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESLeads or coordinates daily operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
Monitors and reviews progress of work and compliance with policies and/or procedures.
Serves as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.
Oversees and evaluates orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
Works with the providers in the clinic and performs administrative duties. Performs vitals. Designs, interprets and implements clinical policies and procedures.
Applies the existing body of evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge in health care to nursing practice, ensuring that nursing care is delivered based on patient's age-specific needs and clinical needs as described in the department's scope of service.
Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONGraduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensingEXPERIENCEOne years registered nurse experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSConstant use of speech to share information through oral communication.
