    job summary:
    Our client is seeking a Direct Hire Manufacturing Process Engineer for their growing team. This company specializes in Semiconductor manufacturing. The primary responsibility of this project is to oversee and improve manufacturing processes.

    Required:

    - CAD and CAM experience.

    - Evaluating manufacturing processes and troubleshooting machinery

    - 2 years experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering

    - BS Degree in Engineering

    responsibilities:
  • Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes

  • Maintain high levels of manufacturing and product quality

  • Design new products and processes

  • Ensure cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards

  • Evaluate machining/surface treatment manufacturing processes

  • Develop manufacturing processes based on product requirements

  • Research testing methods and confer with equipment vendors

  • Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve efficiency

  • Design testing methods to assure product and process quality

  • Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating costs

  • Prepare product and process reports by collecting and analyzing information

  • Provide manufacturing engineering information and respond to inquiries

  • Maintain product and company reputation by complying with regulations

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to keep equipment operational

  • Maintain product and process database through data entry and computer programming

  • Train and guide technicians on design and development projects

  • Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops #LI-JW1
