    We are looking for a HVAC Technician to join our team We have too much work for our current team and we are looking to grow our team. You will install, service, and repair Commercial & Residential heating and cooling systems. We are hiring any level of experience and are not scared to teach budding talent. Take-Home service van will be provided.

    This position is for a growing locally owned company here in Baton Rouge. We ae currently a team of 5 and are growing fast. We have a reputation for providing top notch service and installation at fair prices with great customer service. We currently have multiple gas station/casinos, restaurants, office buildings, and shopping centers on contract along with residential service and residential service contracts. We just cant fulfil all the work we have with our current team. We believe in top of market compensation and also offer commissions/bonuses for top performers. If it looks like it is a good fit, you have the opportunity to be a lead technician and then grow into the role of supervisor, manager, etc. We are a fast growing company with 5 star reviews on all platforms, great owner/management, great compensation, and lots of potential.     Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and perform equipment repairs and replacements
    • Help install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
    • Perform routine preventative maintenance
    • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
    • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to handle physical workload
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Strong communication skills and good personal hygiene
    • Reliable transportation available outside of the use of your take-home service van.
