    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Intern to join our multi-center Fastsigns operation. As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing and sales team by creating and distributing marketing materials, assisting in maintaining our CRM system (Hubspot), and ensuring smooth follow-up processes. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of marketing and sales, while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and email campaigns.
    • Assist in the distribution of marketing materials through various channels, such as direct mail, email marketing, and social media platforms.
    • Support the marketing team in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
    • Help maintain and update the CRM system (Hubspot) by entering and organizing customer data, tracking leads, and generating reports.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, competitors, and industry trends.
    • Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing techniques, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative ideas and improvements.
    Qualifications:
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot experience is a plus).
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
