    Description

    SUMMARY

The Strategic Partnerships Executive (SPE) is responsible for:

    • expanding Acro's business with the State of New Mexico (SoNM), a 28-year client, by delivering high-touch service and building strong relationships with existing and new stakeholders through regular visits and appropriate engagement; and
    • selling Acro's services to other government entities and businesses in New Mexico and additional accounts assigned by Acro.

Current services to SoNM include IT staffing and consulting. The SPE will promote these and additional offerings: non-IT white-collar staffing (e.g., professional, engineering, finance/accounting), managed service provider (MSP) services, and vendor management system (VMS) services. This role focuses on professional placements and, to a lesser extent, non-professionals. The SPE should be comfortable introducing Acro's deliverables-based IT services and arranging meetings with IT solutions experts as needed. The SPE acts as the subject matter expert on assigned accounts, guiding Acro recruiters and clients to maximize placements and ensure retention throughout assignment terms.

    5. Deliver prompt, collaborative service and identify other approved strategies to maintain/increase headcount.

    6. Identify and Sell to New SoNM Departments:

    7. Include SEIs with new SoNM managers in weekly sales plans; present Acro's credentials and request opportunities.

    8. Prioritize new job orders internally; review candidate profiles to ensure alignment.
    9. Schedule interviews, support onboarding, and ensure post-start satisfaction.
    10. Recommend and implement ethical, approved strategies for outreach and engagement.

    B) Other Accounts (Non-SoNM)

    1. Sales to Private and Public Entities in NM:

    2. Include SEIs with prospects in weekly plans; present Acro's background and request service opportunities.

    3. Prioritize delivery of approved services; ensure they meet/exceed expectations.
    4. Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and suggest approved strategies for growth.
