- 2078 OPTI 7010, Monitors, Keyboards, Mice
- Techs will be working in a mix of classrooms (4 units) and computer labs (bulk units)
- Move Hardware from the centralized location within each building to the Computer Lab or Classroom assigned by POC
- Unbox and Set up New Hardware
- De-install Legacy Hardware
- No power on, No domain join
- Move Legacy Hardware to the designated area within each building
- POC will provide additional instructions there will be two different staging areas depending on the age of the Legacy Equipment which will be marked with a Placard for visibility
- Trash can be moved to the roll off dumpster at each site
- Parking will be available at the schools in the parking lot
- Experience working as an End User Computing PC/Laptop Deployment Team
- New Computer and PC deployment
- Must have the ability to lift up-to 50lbs
- Must be able to be on your fee ALL DAY and include up to walking the entire building, walking to different buildings and up and down stairs
- Possesses intermediate to advanced level knowledge and understanding of hardware products, commercial off the shelf application and diagnostic and troubleshooting utilities
- Possesses proven customer service background
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions and update tracking systems as directed
- Possesses good analytical and communication skills
- Possesses strong ability to work independently
- Possesses High School Diploma and A+ certification or equivalent skill set
