At Senior Living Market, the Life Enrichment Director (LED) is responsible for coordinating and implementing activities to enrich the life of residents. The

Life Enrichment Director will coordinate activities based on resident interests while providing safety and security. The LED will assess both group and individual needs for activities, and run volunteer programs for the facility, and organize outside resources for residents to maintain a quality of life. Depending on the needs of residents, the LED will develop programs to stimulate hobbies, social events, or group outings.

Qualifications:

• HS degree or equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in social or recreation program in a healthcare environment
• Must have knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with an elder population
• Food handlers permit is preferred, not required
• Must be able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from residents and visitors, or regulatory agencies.
