3PM to 11PM Full Time Monday through Friday Job Purpose Responsible for all duties in relation to safely administering medications and treatments to the residents Minimum Education Required Some High School Minimum Experience Required On the job training provided Minimum Licensure Certification Required By Law Current Active and unrestricted Certified Medication Aide Certification CPR certification Additional Qualifications High school graduate preferred Previous experience preferred but not necessary Familiarity and willingness to work with elderly population Key Responsibilities Administers the medications and treatments according to scheduled times following medication administration protocol Assures caregivers on shift are aware of changes on interim service plans Notifies Charge Nurse Unit Manager Director Health Services of resident changes of condition Maintains the supplies cleanliness organization and restocking of the medication room medication cart Orders supplies as directed by Charge Nurse Has knowledge of proper technique or can learn how to assist with equipment Family Makes Us Stronger Our family your family one family Committed to loving giving caring United in making a difference
