    Job Description Job Description Walker [& Zanger is seeking a Branch Manager for its Las Vegas location.

    This person would be key in building relationships with staff and clients, developing business strategies to meet company goals, and overseeing the branchs financial development.

    Walker Zanger connects its clients with high-end tile and slab materials, all while providing top-tier customer experience so that this role will oversee the successful running of the showroom and coordination with our warehouses.

    We believe in growing and developing our internal talent, so the Branch Manager will collaborate with leadership to execute the strategy designed to achieve our results, all while mentoring the team to promote individual growth and develop exceptional bench strength.

    Is closely involved and aware of all sales operations within the Branch. Present results to the President of Showrooms and team.
    Supports the development of strategic sales goals.
    Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and support teams in identifying new customers.
    Works closely with team members to help achieve their personal sales goals and to identify growth opportunities.
    Ensures the team fully utilizes company CRM technologies.
    Promotes Company Training initiatives through consistent discussion and direction.
    Assists with the recruitment and onboarding strategy for the branch.
    Provides timely, consistent performance appraisals of all Branch team members.
    Partners with HR for the hiring and termination of Branch employees.
    Assesses and delivers a quarterly self-evaluation of results and performance.
    Marketing Works closely with the Marketing Department to develop and execute local marketing strategies.

    Strives to be the Walker Zanger Brand Ambassador in the local market, develops relationships with key influencers, and regularly attends openings, trade events, and trade shows.

    Develops and maintains knowledge of competitors products, pricing structures, and marketing.
    Inventory Management Ensures all inventory is properly displayed and maintained according to brand standards.
    Communicate with the Product Team to ensure awareness of client preferences and requests.

    Ensures the branch has the right product, in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.

    Ensures the team is aware of new product releases and well-trained in Product Knowledge.
    Profitability Maximizes Branch profitability while achieving sales expectations.
    Utilizes strategic scheduling and personnel combinations to enhance profitability.
    Effectively manages all store expenses, personnel budgets, and other P&L activities.
    Instills a sense of profit responsibility within the team and when to offer price adjustments.
    Maintains proper balance between sales production and compensation.
    Ensures the team follows up on opportunities to maximize income within the Branch.
    Safeguards company assets and holds others accountable to do the same.
    Strategic Planning Works with team to develop and execute the Branchs short, mid-and long-term strategy.
    Enlists the team to create and maintain the Branchs vision.
    Operations Directs all branch activities and is focused on meeting or exceeding financial objectives.
    Ensures Branch appearance is maintained in accordance with Company standards.
    Works with Facilities Department on display changes, gets bids, and places orders with local vendors, ensuring proper installation.
    Organizes product transfers and coordinates staging during display changeouts.
    Ensures a constant awareness of safety and security standards.
    Works to maximize employee satisfaction and control retention levels.
    Ensures receipt and placement of new showroom display products as directed by Showroom staging.
