Applicants should have experience investigating the underlying facts of a case, drafting and responding to discovery requests, drafting discovery motions and preparing witnesses. The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) practice of Ogletree Deakins is characterized by the knowledge and credibility of our attorneys, and the exceptional level of service that we provide to our clients. Requirements:In accordance with Californias amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $175,000 and $235,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
