    ​​​Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or technical school required.​Minimum one year of experience in an acute care and/or rehabilitative setting preferred; previous home health experience preferred.​Must hold, in good standing, a license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant, issued by the State in which you work.​​Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locationsA commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for chartingThe skills needed to self-manage your time and scheduleDemonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR softwareWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
