    First Western Bank & Trust is currently looking for a part-time Customer Relations Representative at our Minot Main Bank location.

    Customer Relations Representative position offers great benefits including:

    Customer Relations Representative Essential Job Functions

    • Greet visitors and callers and inquire the nature of their business in to provide direction
    • Properly verify customer identification in accordance with bank policy
    • Open new accounts and assist customer with any account maintenance questions
    • Assist customers with changes and updates to existing accounts
    • Cross-sell banking products and services
    • Enter data for new accounts, changes, Automatic Fund Transfers and Sweeps
    • Answer customer credit and debit card questions, resolve maintenance issues and post payments
    • Prepare Certificates of Deposits
    • Provide customer access to safe deposit boxes

    Customer Relations Representative Qualifications

    • One-year banking experience preferred
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
