    We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking and culture driven Director of Human Resources professional to join our growing organization. Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources Worldwide, the main responsibility of this role is to lead, build and drive a range of functions and initiatives and act as a Senior HR Business Partner to management by counsel, coach, and support of assigned departments. As a member of the HR leadership team, you will also oversee the overall strategic human resources direction and planning of programs and activities with Company philosophy and objectives in mind. Recommend and lead programs, policies, procedures, and practices that focus on attracting, retaining, and developing the employee base. This position requires a true strategic and operational business partner who has strong organization development experience, business acumen, strategic and analytical thinking, and the ability to influence, motivate, communicate effectively with individuals at every level of the company.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • with senior leaders to understand their business goals and objectives and identify strategies that support the desired organizational culture across the company while also connecting to specific needs of individual functional areas.
    • opportunities for organizational improvement and implement initiatives.
    • coach and partner with managers in all issues regarding people management, HR practices and policies, employment law, employee relations, change and performance management and employee development.
    • Partner with leaders and HR on performance management including the facilitation of calibration meetings, compensation support, promotions, and the annual compensation year-end process.
    • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment efforts
    • Provide guidance and input on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.

    Ensuring we embed a customer focused culture of rewarding high performance – embedding this tactically and strategically with leaders – reminding them to recognize their people.

    Qualifications:

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive work culture.
    • Proven successful track record and knowledge in organizational and employee development, performance management, employee relations, and change management.
    • Adept at anticipating emerging human resources issues and designing and implementing strategies and tactics to address them.
    • Strong understanding of industry trends and talent market dynamics.
    • Proven experience articulating strategy-related concepts to all audiences.
    • A strong team player.
    • Worked in small/mid-size technology organization with successful track record of delivering results.
    • Have a strong customer centric mindset.
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Organized and detail minded.
    • Excellent skills in developing and presenting effective presentations.
    • Extensive knowledge of Federal, California, other state and local legal regulations related to employment and HR policies.
