- This position is funded through December 31, 2026 by the Department of Defense as managed by ARCTOS Technology Solutions.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in education or similar required. A master's degree in higher education, college student personnel, organizational leadership, or secondary education is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in college recruitment, program development in a secondary or post-secondary setting.

Description
This position's purpose is to coordinate, plan, and market dual credit, credentialing, and articulation opportunities with high schools, career technical schools, and higher education institutions, specific to the Applied Technologies department at Clark State College. This position's purpose also is to plan and coordinate STEM summer camps, trainings, and other activities related to promotion of careers in advanced manufacturing, including laser materials processing. As a high engagement, passionate, relational, and programmatic based position, it requires the candidate to be adaptive, have a calm, intentional, and positive mindset, and a focus on promoting opportunities of advancement for the community. This position is partially funded through a grant from the Department of Defense.

DIMENSIONS
1.Coordinates with educational partners and Clark State's advanced manufacturing 'lending lab' for equipment usage opportunity2.Assists in the coordination, implementation, and set up for educational training sessions and student STEM camps3.Coordinate with high schools and Clark State College to recruit and enroll College Credit Plus (CCP) students, including promotion of dual credit and career pathway modeling into industry and/or degree seeking opportunities4.Collaborates with Clark State College faculty and staff to establish articulation agreements and other learning experiences with higher education partners5.Coordinates the orientation of new students to the institution policies and procedures including financial aid and registration processes6.Works with appropriate academic divisions to provide advising for academic program requirements and course scheduling7.Collaborates with faculty advisors and academic support services to provide retention and completion support for high school students8.Creates and communicates program pathways for high school students, staff, and parents9.Assist in the promotion/ creating promotional strategies using social and digital media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)10.Assist advanced manufacturing lab instructors with marketing, program planning, and other activities that promote the growth of program11.Host meetings (virtual, in-person), with external partners, industry leaders, on efforts pertaining to the goals, objectives, of activities associated with position
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
