    We are seeking a Territory Manager (TM) who is passionate about sales, wants a challenge and has a strong work ethic. This is a territory based, outside sales role that has around 25% travel and an opportunity for a hybrid schedule. Base pay, uncapped commissions and bonus tiers will drive this position to success.

    Position Summary

    You will play a pivotal role on our sales team, being responsible for driving revenue and market expansion within your designated territory. This position develops, maintains, and interacts with a defined market to achieve sales and increase profitability through a consultative sales process. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is critical. Success in this role will lead to a competitive compensation package and an exciting work environment.

    • Manage end-to-end sales cycle for prospects and existing relationships
    • Execute REI sales strategy to achieve targeted objectives and goals
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities within territory range
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering long term partnerships
    • Document and track sales activity in customer relationship management (CRM) tool
    • Provide customer feedback to marketing and engineering
    • Recommend pricing strategies
    • Utilize inside sales and sales support specialists to facilitate sales cycle
    • Travel within regional territories

    Qualifications

    • 3 years of successful sales and territory management
    • Experience in transportation sales preferred
    • Consumer electronics and/or software experience preferred
    • Exposure to consultative sales, spin spelling and/or Sandler selling methodologies
    • High school diploma, secondary education preferred
    • Valid driver's license
    • Successful completion of background check
