Job Description:

We are seeking a Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our team at Animal Clinic Northview, Inc. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working with pets of various sizes and weights, handling emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in clients and patients, providing information, and educating clients
Rooming clients for doctors
Billing clients out
Answering phone lines, computer work, clerical work, and more

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Some schedule flexibility and availability for occasional overtime
Highly motivated and well-organized with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Compassionate and patient

Work Environment:

The work is performed in a clinic setting with regular exposure to animals. We offer excellent benefits, including competitive wages, 401K, PTO, medical insurance, and more.

Education and Experience:

High school or equivalent (Required)
Minimum 1 year customer service experience (Required)
Prior veterinary clinic experience or small animal health care experience highly preferred
