- Production Management: Supervising the production process, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.

- Engineering Degree or other related discipline
- 10 years of overall experience as a minimum including experience in the Petroleum industry is required. In addition, other fluid manufacturing including blending and packaging is required. Other chemical industry processing experience may be acceptable.
- Lean manufacturing experience, six sigma certified.
- Problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated direct and indirect people management experience of 250 people (mix of hourly and salary) in a non union shop
- Logistics experience to include experience working with bulk truck loading, shipping, trains, barges, etc.
