- Hanley Foundation, a West Palm Beach-based non-profit organization with a mission of eliminating addiction through prevention, treatment, advocacy, and recovery support, seeks Program Directors to manage our expanding inpatient substance use and mental health treatment units.
- These are full-time positions based on-site in our treatment center located in West Palm Beach, Florida.
- If you are an experienced mental health/ substance use professional, committed to providing quality care, and have a proven track record of leading successful treatment programs we want you to join our growing team.
- Promote the integration of a 12-step philosophy and a positive peer culture with clients, families, referrals, and Origins employees.
- Uphold all Origins Behavioral Health Care Policies and Procedures.
- Endorsement of the Origins Behavioral Healthcare philosophy that a chemical dependency is a primary, permanent, progressive, and potentially fatal disease that is treatable and arrestable.
- Licensed by the State of Florida as a Qualified Credentialed Counselor (MCAP, LMHC, LCSW) in good standing; or deemed capable of delivering counseling services by Clinical Leadership.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a substance use treatment facility is required.
