    Description


    The Spec-Exercise Lead position assists the Manager in planning and organizing the day to day operations of the Cardiac Rehab program at their designated site.

    Ensures deliver of high quality care for the Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase 2 and Heart Fitness programs. Follows and implements the policies and procedures of the hospital and department. Fosters change and teamwork within the department.

    Required qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field.

    Upon hire:
    National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

    4 years Experience in outpatient cardiac rehab services.


    Preferred qualifications:
    Master's Degree

    Coursework/Training CCRP or CES or RCEP

    2 years Demonstrated leadership responsibilities.

    Experience in leading teams.
