- The Warehouse Team Leader oversees the day-to-day operations of Warehouse Associates, focusing on tasks such as Receiving, Picking, Packing, and Releasing of products, and Inventory control duties. They are constantly present to assess Associates' performance, ensuring smooth operations and meeting customer expectations. They assign specific tasks to each Associate based on their skills to maximize productivity, maintaining a healthy work environment for all.
- Accurately perform warehouse activities under management's direction, meeting quality and productivity goals.
- Assist warehouse leads in developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures, ensuring team compliance.
- Supervise all receiving, picking, packing, and releasing tasks, offering guidance in every department.
- Maintain visibility on the warehouse floor, organizing orders and anticipating crewing needs to meet business demands.
- Lead by example, providing training, motivation, and discipline to the team.
- Manage Warehouse Management system (WMS) transactions for proper inventory control.
- Resolve warehouse issues with other departments Company-wide.
- Collaborate with warehouse leads on personnel management and handle work-related records for Management.
- Maintain knowledge of all warehouse operations, assisting in training new Associates.
- Support safety programs and provide necessary training, alongside additional assigned duties.
- Lead a team of up to 15 warehouse employees, offering feedback, coaching, and performance improvement training.
- Set an example for the crew by participating in loading trucks and other tasks.
- Assist in developing Warehouse Agents with tasks including Picking, Packing, Releasing, and Inventory control.
- Ability to cross-train and learn various department processes, with strong inventory management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office tools, and basic mathematics.
- Familiarity with warehouse best practices, demonstrated leadership, and motivation skills.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, coupled with adaptability and enthusiasm for changing priorities.
- Capable of working independently or within teams, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.

- Able to handle physical labor, fast-paced environments, overtime if necessary, and contribute to a safe workspace.
- Follow company policies, participate in safety measures, and suggest improvements to warehouse procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, with 1-2 years' warehouse experience.
- Experience with warehouse equipment like forklifts, RF scanners, and WMS is essential.
- SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 2-3 years in supply chain or warehouse roles, emphasizing planning and driving results.
- Specialized training in business or logistics fields is preferred, with expertise in workflow planning.
