Job Description
- At least 4 years of hands on development experience in distributed technologies (preferably C#.Net) with understanding of the basic fundamentals of iterative development.
- At least 4 years of hands on experience using TFS or JIRA
- At least 2 years of experience as working as Scrum Master along with the following:
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Certified
- Familiarity with common Agile practices especially SCRUM, service-oriented environments and better development practices
- Have in-depth knowledge of SCRUM and be able to ensure Agile/SCRUM concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and make the tough calls
- Ability to make Agile work in distributed environments
- Facilitate discussions and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
- Lead a team to self-organization
- Ability to Build cause-effect linkages based on synthesized information and arrive at an optimal solution keeping in mind multiple stakeholders
- Understand backlog tracking, Burndown metrics, velocity, and task definitions
- Ability to facilitate Quick decisions on deadlocks
- Good knowledge of at least one code review (like Resharper, SONAR) and test automation (like VS Unit Test Framework, Nunit) tool(s).
- Good knowledge of quality metrics, code coverage and tools for the same.
- Good exposure to design methodologies (Eg: OOAD, Design Patterns) to translate high level architectural solutions to detailed design
- Experience in Capital Markets domain, Options and Investment Management domain (Equity Trading).
- At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Strong analytical, logical skills and team leading skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.
