    Senior Marketing Manager Role Overview:

    The ideal candidate will lead and execute multi-platform ecommerce and digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, and paid media channels.

    This role focuses on conversion rate optimization (CRO), including cart abandonment recovery, retargeting, and A/B testing, ensuring maximum customer engagement and ROI.

    The Senior Marketing Manager must be highly proficient in HubSpot and AI-powered marketing tools to automate workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and optimize content creation.

    This role plays a key part in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless execution of performance-driven campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
    • Mentor and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and identifying opportunities for account growth.
    • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve desired outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in an agency environment.
    • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, paid media channels, CRO techniques, and marketing automation tools.
    • Able to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing client relationships effectively.
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
