Calculates, posts business transactions, verifies financial data for use in maintaining inventory records

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**

Active member of the International Inventory Accounting Team.

Responsible for executing the companys efforts to maintain inventory integrity.

Directly works with multiple departments within the supply chain, including buying and merchandising, store operations, and 3PL operations and produces results-based solutions to resolve discrepancies.

Assist in maintaining synchronization of warehouse inventory between D365 and our international 3PL partners.

Monitor inventory adjustments for accuracy.

Work with accounts payable to resolve discrepancies on invoices.

Troubleshoots discrepancies by executing analysis with minimal guidance.

Ability to file paperwork and maintain an organized work atmosphere.

Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record.

Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Communicate with employees at all levels of the company.

Other duties as assigned.

**Job Required Knowledge & Skills**

1-3 years of relevant experience or some college education preferred.

Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, and grammatically correct manner.
