Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Riverton, Wyoming

Location: Riverton, WY 82501
Salary: $40-50 per hour

Join our Riverton team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate and expert care directly in patients' homes.

Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding at-home infusion care tailored to individual patient needs.
Administer various infusion therapies with precision and attention.
Monitor patient responses closely and adjust care plans as needed.
Maintain detailed treatment records following healthcare standards.
Collaborate efficiently with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.
Manage infusion equipment to ensure high care standards.

Qualifications:

Nursing degree with extensive RN experience.
Active Wyoming nursing license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Willingness to travel locally.
Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
Dedication to serving the Riverton community.

Additional Information:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
Schedule: Day shift, including weekends.
Pay: $40-50 per hour, based on experience.

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Preferred).
License/Certification: RN and BLS Certification (Preferred).
