We are looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join our team in Beatrice, Nebraska.

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to be part of our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have experience in different medical settings and a solid knowledge of patient care.

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Skills:

• Proficient in catheter care and tube feeding procedures
• Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
• Strong anatomy knowledge for accurate patient assessment
• Familiarity with performing spinal taps and other medical procedures
• Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including children and geriatric populations
• Knowledge of infection control practices to prevent the spread of diseases
