Job summary

The HR Solutions Enablement Team builds effective scalable cohesive HR solutions that minimize redundancy and deliver seamless data and insights for a better end-user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration efforts to deliver projects changes/enhancement requests and resolution of issues in Workday Recruiting as well as integrated technologies across the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to understand their needs gather complex business requirements and translate them into best practice Workday/technology solutions.
  • Support business users in validation of Workday processes data conversion and integrations.
