- Represent company at project kick-off and review meetings with customers.
- Support preparation of project and resource schedules.
- Liaise with government permitting authorities to obtain business licenses and
- Facilitate in preparing final Bill of Materials (BOM) after project award.
- Closely monitor daily project progress including subcontractor progress, organize
- Create Technical Submittals, Request for Information (RFI), Change Request and

- Review Request for Quotations (RFQs) and prepare bidding documents and other
- Conduct project estimating and take-off in support of bid preparation.
- Provide general support to engineering and technical staff.
- Bachelor of Science degree.
- 2-3 years' experience in Project Coordination in a technical setting.
- Experience in dealing with purchasing of materials and supplies.
- Experience in coordination with technicians and workers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel software. Knowledge
- Experience preparing technical documents such bids, proposals, quote requests and

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Valid Drivers' License.

Position Overview
Perform project support and coordination from the start of projects to customer handover,
