    PROJECT MANAGER

    Company:
    PLEMCo, part of the SIRC group of companies, is a Department of Energy (DoE) Qualified Energy
    Services Company (ESCo) focused on the design and turnkey implementation of EV charging,
    Lighting and Solar infrastructure. We service large commercial clients as well as municipalities,
    State agencies and Federal agencies via open-market solicitations or GSA contracts.
    Since 2003, PLEMCo has been dedicated to implementation of measures to reduce CO 2
    emissions and energy efficiency improvements. The scope of our expertise encompasses
    facility audit, preparation of project feasibility, product supply, and energy improvement and
    infrastructure projects.
    We enter 2024 with a renewed vigor to significantly enchase our presence throughout the
    United States and fully partake in the ongoing energy revolution.
    Position Overview
    Perform project support and coordination from the start of projects to customer handover,
    focusing on customer satisfaction, efficiency and cost control. Responsible for coordination of
    material purchases, resources and project implementation. Coordinate and follow-up with
    vendors, subcontractors, government entities and customers. Perform engineering support
    during pre-bid and implementation phases.

    Essential Job Functions/Duties:

    • Represent company at project kick-off and review meetings with customers.
    • Support preparation of project and resource schedules.
    • Liaise with government permitting authorities to obtain business licenses and
    permits.

    • Facilitate in preparing final Bill of Materials (BOM) after project award.
    • Closely monitor daily project progress including subcontractor progress, organize
    documents, update schedules and report to customers and management through
    established web portals and systems.

    • Create Technical Submittals, Request for Information (RFI), Change Request and
    related documents during project implementation.

    • Perform material and price research and support material procurement and
    material inspection.

    • Seek out qualified subcontractors in the project geographical region and establish
    relationship for conducting work for the company.

    • Support in creation of RFQs for sub-contractor work and request project bids from
    sub-contractors.

    • Monitor project expenses and labor hours for accurate project costing and prepare
    variance analysis upon completion of the project.

    • Prepare Schedule of Values in support of partial billing of projects.
    • Perform pre-bid site visits in coordination with technical staff to gather details
    relating to preparation of quotes.

    • Review daily emails from our retained bid opportunity services to identify bidding
    opportunities.

    • Review Request for Quotations (RFQs) and prepare bidding documents and other
    sales and pricing related documents under the direction of technical staff.

    • Conduct project estimating and take-off in support of bid preparation.
    • Provide general support to engineering and technical staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science degree.
    • 2-3 years' experience in Project Coordination in a technical setting.
    • Experience in dealing with purchasing of materials and supplies.
    • Experience in coordination with technicians and workers.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel software. Knowledge
    of Microsoft Project or similar software preferred.

    • Experience preparing technical documents such bids, proposals, quote requests and
    reports.

    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • A commitment to honesty, loyalty, discretion and integrity.
    • Valid Drivers' License.

    drawers.

    • Must be able to identify and assess information on computer screens, written
    reports and documentation and record accurate written and electronic messages
    and reports.

    • Requires the ability to distinguish letters or symbols and eye/hand coordination.
    • Position requires occasional (5%) travel to office and business locations to conduct
    business transactions. This involves exposure to weather conditions, traveling
    distances to and from buildings, and operating a vehicle.
