Description

• Researching, evaluating, advising testing and implementing enhancements to Oracle, and Ultipro systems, troubleshooting issues related to the systems, including self-service modules such as e-profile, e-benefits and Desktop Manager that are reported by users or functional colleagues. Developing solutions, and communicating problem resolution to the affected users.
• Leading and project managing HCM system upgrades and changes: assisting in the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements, objectives, system specifications, and testing. Developing end user training materials and training end users, on new business process
• Developing processes for data maintenance and accuracy, including audits within the organization, coordinating with the IT staff to support and implement department and management needs and priorities. Liaison with benefit related vendors in relation to data interfaces. Insuring vendor eligibility files process accurately and timely.
• Creating and producing complex reports and extracts of HR data using Oracle Query tool and Ultipro BI.
• Performing set-up and maintenance of supporting HR tables and security access.
