The Perioperative Nurse Director is responsible for Planning, organizing, directing, and improving services in the Operating Room, Periop, SPD, and Cardiology Departments. The Director Perioperative is to also focus on identifying and implementing value improvement initiatives. This position will oversee 70 plus employees, 10+ operating rooms, 10 preop bays, and have 3 Perioperative Nurse Managers as support leadership.
