We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Technical Analyst / Senior Salesforce Developer with 15+ years of overall experience, possessing a mandatory SFDC certification.
Key Requirements:
15+ years of overall experience.
Strong in APEX code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components (LAC).
SFDC certification is mandatory.
Experience working with high-tech or e-commerce clients.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the Product Backlog is well-groomed with user stories ready for development, including well-defined acceptance criteria.
Work closely with the Tech Lead to devise implementation solutions for user stories.
Proficient in SAFe Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
Execute custom development within the Salesforce platform.
Take technical ownership, investigating and resolving deployment errors during production deployments.
Conduct technical reviews for ongoing stories and coordinate with the release team to ensure timely deployments to the QA and UAT environments.
Perform requirements analysis and determine implementation solutions for minor enhancement stories.
