The Account & Relationship Manager - Print & Content is a quota-carrying team member responsible for working with accounts with print and content across financial services and specialty industries to create demand for Compliance Solutions' print and content solutions.
The Account & Relationship Manager is accountable to achieve their quota for the assigned book of business through directly selling CS print and content solutions.
This includes actively pursuing and driving renewal transactions and pursuing up-sell opportunities.The Account & Relationship Manager is responsible for leveraging data to understand customer usage patterns and identifying opportunities to improve adoption, pursue a renewal, and/or pursue incremental revenue (up-sell) within the customer's existing print and content products.
The Account & Relationship Manager - Print & Content is responsible for working directly with customers in assigned accounts to understand their needs, existing product usage, advise on best practice use cases and behaviors, and identify relevant CS products to address these needs.
The Account & Relationship Manager - Print & Content exhibits deep product knowledge and expertise of print and content solutions and communicates the value proposition of such products and facilitates all activities to complete a deal (pricing, quote, contract, etc.) with the customer.
The Account & Relationship Manager – Print & Content collaborates with Account Executives on print and content sales as needed.
*Key Tasks:Primary ownership of all new sales and renewal activity for print and content products and LOBs within assigned accounts.
Delivers against individual quotas for print and content.
Researches and gathers information on current customers and their needs.
Monitors and interprets product usage data for an assigned book of accounts to identify opportunities to improve adoption, pursue renewal opportunities, and up-sell within existing products.
Effectively prioritizes and responds to leads or customer requests for information regarding print and content solutions.Leverages SFDC data and account insights to identify, pursue, and close opportunities to retain existing business (e.g., renewals), cross-sell or up-sell at existing customers, or create business with new customers through regular strategy meetings with the customer about their needs.
Understands and articulates value propositions of CS offerings; collaborates with product managers or Technical Sales as needed to source deep technical expertise.
Responsible for onboarding and/or training customers on print and content products as needed.Maintains a clean and accurate pipeline in CRM
Adheres to defined sales methodology and sales processes including steps to configure, price, quote products and services, draft, negotiate and close contracts
*Performance Metrics:
Individual quota attainment; achievement of renewal target and up-sell targets
Customer adoption target attainment:
improvements in customer adoption of current portfolios (month over month or quarter over quarter)
Customer satisfaction scores and retention rates
Completion of assigned product trainings and other required learnings for professional development

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
1+ years working in Account Management or Sales or other equivalent experience
Basic understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market
Excellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skills
Ability to follow a sales plan and manage resources accordingly
