- Create, manage and support EMBA, Daytime, MMS, Ph.D, DKU, MQM, Online MQM course sites using Canvas LMS
- Collaborate with faculty to understand online course plans including necessary materials and teaching approaches
- Consult with faculty on course content display
- Train faculty and staff on Canvas LMS functions and site maintenance
- Assist with student and faculty Canvas LMS guides/documentation
- Implement and manage course site templates
- Collaborate with the technical team to test, document and demonstrate new academic software applications and tools
- Collaborate with faculty, students and staff to test new learning management systems
- Collaborate with faculty, students and staff on innovative uses of technology
- Bachelor's degree with additional experience in instructional design and Canvas LMS Administration
- Instructional design expertise with insights about technology trends and solutions
- Experience with web authoring tools, multimedia tools, presentation software, streaming video in an academic environment
- Knowledge of learning management systems and other tools widely-used for teaching
- Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solver with the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms
- Ability to establish good working relationships with a wide range of people within an academic community
- Evidence of ability to generate faculty enthusiasm for and engagement in the use of new technologies for teaching
