- Engage collaboratively in multidisciplinary team meetings, fostering collective insights and crafting holistic support plans for students.
- Stay updated on emerging research and best practices within the field of school psychology, continuously enhancing service delivery standards.
- Utilize various assessment tools to comprehensively evaluate students' academic, social, and emotional needs, ensuring accurate and holistic support.
- Deliver personalized counseling sessions to both individuals and groups, addressing a diverse array of academic, social, and emotional challenges faced by students.
- Contribute actively to the creation of customized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) designed to cater to the unique requirements of students with special needs.
- Forge strong partnerships with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals, working together to devise and implement effective strategies aimed at fostering students' academic success.
- Hold a valid school psychology license in the state of Illinois.
- Possess a Master's Degree in School or Educational Psychology.
- Eligible for or currently holding endorsement in School Psychology.
