Under direction from the Supervisor I, the Analyst II provides lead analytical support for the administration of the Construction Renovation Reimbursement Program (CRRP).
The Analyst II has lead responsibility for complex analytical activities, including the interpretation and analysis of legislation, ensuring program compliance, processing and reconciling payments, coordinating program audits, and providing technical assistance to participating hospitals and distinct part/nursing facilities (DP/NFs).
The incumbent is also responsible for the oversight of other supplemental payment programs within the Medi-Cal Supplemental Payments Unit (MSPU).
Successful completion of these activities requires contact with external partners, such as program participants, and state entities that provide program support, information, and data.
The incumbent must have good written and verbal communication skills, detailed organization and planning skills, ability to understand financial principles, and excellent computer (word processing, Excel spreadsheet, and email) skills.

Telework Information And Salary Information:
This position is currently eligible for telework up to three days per week and is required to report in person a minimum of two days per week.
