    Could you be the full-time hybrid Project RAM Engineer in Rochester, NY, US we're looking for?

    Your future role

    Take on a new challenge and apply your structured and rigorous expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside methodical, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll lead and coordinate RAM Assurance activities, ensuring our solutions are optimized for reliability, availability, and maintainability. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Sourcing, Customer Relations), define RAM strategies and manage deliverables, and much more.

    We'll look to you for:

    • Creating main RAM deliverables, including RAM Program Plans and RAM reports/analysis,
    • Developing and executing Demonstration Test Plans & Procedures during the Tender/Design phases,
    • Leading the definition of the RAM approach & strategy for each project, system, or product,
    • Managing the RAM budget, workload, and associated planning effectively,
    • Conducting thorough Reliability Predictions, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis, and Maintainability and Testability analysis

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering,
    • 5 years of experience or understanding of Engineering or related disciplines,
    • Knowledge of RAM methodology and principles,
    • Technical writing skills for articulating RAM deliverables,
    • Structured, organized, and rigorous approach to managing activities and priorities,
    • Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification (preferred),
    • Master's Degree in Engineering, Dependability (RAM or RAMS), MBA (preferred),
    • Knowledge of railway signaling (preferred)
