    Description

    Responsabilidades:

    Empresa financiera busca:

    • Asegurar la alineacin y adherencia de estndares y mejores prcticas de los marcos de Riesgo Corporativos mediante la interaccin constante con los equipos de Riesgos de la casa matriz y con los equipos de Riesgos en otras localidades de Principal International.
    • Interactuar y cooperar activamente con los miembros de la empresa y entidades de Principal Financial Group.
    • Presentar a los diferentes rganos de gobierno, comits y foros pertinentes informacin relativa a la exposicin al riesgo de las distintas entidades legales y del Grupo Financiero en Mxico.
    • Asegurar la transformacin digital del rea incorporando herramientas e indicadores respecto de los marcos corporativos de Principal Financial Group (tales como Business Continuity, End User Applications, Supplier management, Incident management), as como respecto de las regulaciones locales correspondientes.
    • Con base en el perfil de riesgo determinado en el ejercicio de auto-evaluacin (RCSA) de ambas compaas, dar seguimiento a las acciones que se establezcan para la mejorar el perfil de riesgos.
    • Asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo de los requerimientos y revisiones del rea, peridicos y/o ah-doc, en materia de riesgo operativo realizados por los auditores externos o internos.
    • Asegurar la implementacin de cambios en las polticas y procedimientos internos aplicables al rea; con su correspondiente documentacin del proceso.
    Requisitos:
    • Acadmico: Economa; LAF; Actuaria.
    • Experiencia en: En reas de Riesgos, Control Interno o Auditoria de procesos.
    • Aos de experiencia: 3 aos mnimo
    • Idiomas: Ingls Avanzado - 80% comprobable mediante entrevista
    • Otros: Excel avanzado y Office 365. MSForms y Power BI
    • Deseable: Anlisis de procesos y Conocimiento del sistema financiero mexicano
