    Now Hiring: Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal

    Jacksonville, FL (Southbank Area)

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a prominent law firm in Jacksonville that is seeking a temporary Litigation Paralegal to support its Insurance Defense practice group. This is a full-time W-2 contract role expected to run 3 to 6 months, fully on-site, with a schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional overtime may arise, but is not anticipated to be frequent. While there is potential for the assignment to extend, this position is not intended to convert to direct hire.

    Core Requirements:

    • Experience tracking billable time and meeting or exceeding requirements
    • Scheduling and calendaring for multiple attorneys
    • Federal and state e-filing and knowledge of civil court rules
    • Trial preparation support (exhibits, binders, deadlines, coordination)
    • Drafting experience (correspondence, pleadings, discovery documents)
    • Ability to independently prepare medical chronologies and billing indexes
    • Proficiency with Case Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDF tools

    This client is looking for someone who can start as soon as next week, pending standard clearances including conflicts, employment and education verification, professional references, and a criminal background check.

    Interested candidates should not have any upcoming extended time off planned within the first 90 days of the assignment, and should have limited time off scheduled for the duration of the role.

    Compensation: $25 to $30/hour (W2)

    Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
