They are currently seeking for a Senior Scientist to join their growing disciplinary team.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Scientist in the analytical development team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the advancement of flow cytometry assays for next-generation CAR T-cell products. Key responsibilities include:

    • Optimizing flow cytometry assays essential for analytical development, process validation, and product release for clinical trials.
    • Closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless transfer of technology into GMP environments, including CMO/CDMOs.
    • Industry expertise to contribute to the advancement of CAR-T, NK, or iPSC cell products, particularly in analytical development using flow cytometry methodologies.

    Requirements:

    • Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline.
    • Industry experience in analytical development within the field of CAR-Ts, NKs, or iPSC cell products, with a focus on flow cytometry.
    • Expertise in developing and validating analytical assays, preferably in a GMP environment.
    • Familiarity with tech transfer processes into contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs/CDMOs) is highly desirable.
    • Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
