    JOB SUMMARY: The Storeroom Clerk I is responsible for receiving, controlling, storing, shipping & issuing all stock and non-stock items as assigned by Coordinator - Materials Services.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    JOB SPECIFIC CORE COMPETENCIES:
    • Ability to use materials management software to ensure products are received\distributed accurately and efficiently.
    • Ensures that storeroom supplies are rotated and stocked in accordance with a first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory setup.
    • Efficient at communicating with different departments to address and help with any particular supply need.
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with all shipping and receiving functions, inventory management and maintaining inventory par levels in clinical supply rooms.

    EXPECTED BEHAVIORS: Must have good communication skills, relate well to others and be detail oriented.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Previous experience with receiving, storage and distribution of supplies is required.
