The Operations Analyst plays a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations team. Tasked with responsibility of analyzing optimizing and streamlining processes the Analyst contributes significantly to department's overall performance.Responsibilities
- Collaboration Work with all levels and business partners to ensure that recommendations align with overall business goals.
- Process Optimization Document current state processes in workflow tools Review and develop workflows identifying changes impacts Perform root cause analysis to understand performance of programs identify opportunities for improvement.
