General Job DescriptionThe Lead Blend Operator is responsible for mixing all powder ingredients into blends for packaging. The operator needs to understand basic math calculations to ensure the blends are followed precisely.

Duties and Responsibilities Weigh and measure raw ingredients Lift containers of powders into bins for blending Keep work areas and tools clean at all times Operate the blender Securely package ingredientsQualificationsEducation:
High school diploma or equivalentExperience: Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. overhead Operate the blenderKey Competencies(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. up 4 steps Basic math calculations Detail-orientedEmployment Eligibility VerificationMust possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
